摘要
目的:观察蒙药治疗小儿消化不良的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法:选择2010年1月至2012年10月我院收治的小儿消化不良患儿110例,所有患者按照入院顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例,治疗组根据患儿年龄和临床表现给予通拉嘎-5(通拉嘎五味丸)口服1～5g/次,1～2次/d。对照组给予复方胰酶散(0.3g/包)口服,1次/d。2组均治疗2个疗程。结果:2组治疗前食欲食量评分、症状评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗后食欲食量评分分别为(2.03±0.64)分、(4.61±1.24)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗后症状评分分别为(2.37±0.94)分、(5.54±2.46)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.91%(50/55),对照组总有效率为72.73%(40/55),比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.950,P=0.026)。结论:蒙药通拉嘎-5治疗小儿消化不良注重全身调节,且无明显不良反应,可显著改善患儿的临床症状,临床疗效显著,值得临床应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Mongolian Medicine in treating pediatric indigestion, and provide theoretical proof for clinical treatment. Methods： One hundred and ten patients with pediatric indigestion admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 patients in each group. In accordance with their ages and conditions, patients in the observation group were given oral administration of Mongolian medicine Tonglaga-5, 1 to 5 grams each time, 1 to 2 times a day; patients in the control group received oral administration of compound pancreatin powder （0.3 grams each package）, 1 time a day. Both of the groups were given 2 treatment courses. Results： There were no significant differences on the score of appetite and symptoms between the two groups （P0.05）. After the treatment, the appetite score in observation group and control group were respectively 2.03±0.64 and 4.61±1.24, which showed significant differences （P0.05）. The total effective rate in observation group and control group were respectively 90.91% and 72.73%, which showed significant differences （χ2=4.950,P=0.026）. Conclusion： The Mongolian medicine Tonglaga -5 used in treating pediatric indigestion regulates the whole body, showed no obvious adverse effects, significantly relieved the clinical symptoms of patients with satisfactory clinical effect.
