摘要
应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,从刺五加果肉水提取物中分离得到12个化合物,经理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其结构分别为:(-)-3,4-二香草基四氢呋喃(1)、桧脂素(2)、5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-双烯-3-醇(3)、刺五加苷A(4)、刺五加苷B(5)、尿嘧啶(6)、2-呋喃甲酸(7)、琥珀酸(8)、Phthalic acid bis-(2-ethyl-hex-yl)ester(9)、硬脂酸甘油酯(10)、正二十四烷酸(11)和正三十八烷(12)。其中化合物1、3、6、7、8和9为首次从本植物中分得。
Twelve compounds were isolated from the water extract of the pulp of Acanthopanax senticosus ( Rupr. et Maxim) Harms by various column chromatographic techniques. The structures were elucidated on the basis spectral data ( ^1 H NMR, ^13 C NMR and MS) and chemical evidences. Their structures were determined as (-) -3,4-divanillyhetrahydrofuran ( 1 ) , (-)-sa16nin (2) ,5α,8α-epidioxy-( 22E,24R )-ergosta-6 ,22-dien-3β-ol (3) ,Eleutheroside A (4) ,Eleutheroside B (5),Uracil (6),2-furoio acid (7) ,Succinic acid (8),Phthalic acid bis-(2-ethyl-hexyl) ester (9),Glyceryl monostearate (10) ,Tsoselachoceric acid (11) and Octadecane (12). Among them compounds 1,3,6,7,8 and 9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
