摘要
目的观察消糖胶囊对高血糖大鼠血糖的影响,为临床提供实验依据。方法采用高脂高糖饮食辅以小剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(streptozocin,STZ)复制大鼠实验性2型糖尿病模型。观察消糖胶囊对血糖、糖化血红蛋白的影响。结果消糖胶囊(50,100,200mg.kg-1)对正常大鼠血糖无明显影响;消糖胶囊(50,100,200mg.kg-1)能降低链脲佐菌素诱发高血糖大鼠的血糖及糖化血红蛋白。结论消糖胶囊能够降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖。
Objective By observing the effect of Xiaotang Capsules（XTC） on blood glucose of the diabetic rats,to provide experimental basis for clinical trials.Method High fat and sugar diet supplemented with small dose of intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin（STZ） were employed to replicate the type 2 experimental diabetic rats model.After the model was successfully established,the effect of XTC on the level of blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin was observed.Results XTC（50,100,200 mg·kg-1） had no obvious effect on the level of blood glucose in normal rats;XTC（50,100,200 mg·kg-1） can reduce the level of blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the STZ-induced diabetic rats.Conclusion XTC can reduce the blood glucose of type 2 diabetic rats.
