摘要
开发毛型大麻纤维的关键是使生产的毛型大麻纤维细度、主体长度、断裂强度与毛纤维的品质指标相近。通过对大麻韧皮纤维的优选、脱胶方法及工艺的优化、多步梳理工艺及生产流程的优化,使大麻纤维的化学成分分层次逐步递减、纤维由粗变细渐进式变化、长度由长到短逐渐推进,实现了毛型大麻纤维产业化关键技术的突破。制成了长度81.5 mm、线密度4.6 dtex的毛型大麻纤维,纺出了14.5 tex毛/麻60/40混纺纱,开发了毛麻系列混纺面料,并已产业化生产。
The key point of developing the wool - like hemp fiber is to make the quality index of fiber fineness, main body length and fracture strength more similar to wool fiber. The key technology of industrial wool-like hemp fiber production was realized by choosing the better hemp bast fiber, optimizing the process and degumming method as well as the optimization of multistep carding process and production process. And by this way, the chemical composition of hemp fiber declined gradually, the fiber thickness diminished steadily to thinner and the length gradual decreased to shorter. The wool-like hemp fiber was finally produced in 81.5 mm and 4.6 dtex. The 14.5 tex wool/hemp (60/40) blended yarn was spinned out, the wool and hemp series blended fabrics were developed and had already been industrially produced.
