摘要
目的探讨盐酸贝那普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效。方法将140例老年高血压平均分为观察组和对照组；观察组用盐酸贝那普利联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗；对照组用安慰剂联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗。观察两组患者用药前、后血压的变化。结果观察组比对照组的血压更容易降低，易于达标，两组在降压疗效上差异有统计学意义俨〈0．05）。结论观察组降压疗效优于对照组，起效快、作用强、易于达标。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with Adalat for hypertension in elderly patients, Metbods 140 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into a study group （70 patients） and a control group （70 patients）. The study group received combination therapy with Deanxit and Adalat, while the control group received placebo plus Adalat. Changes in blood pressure were observed in the two groups after treatment. Results The efficacy was obviously better in the study group than in the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The study group is superior to the control group in efficacy. Deanxit combined with Adalat has a quicker onset and stronger actions.
