摘要
基于N,N,N',N'-四甲基-N,N'-二正十二烷基-1,4-丁二铵溴化物(12-4-12·2Br-)与铝-铬天青S络合体系在pH=5.5~6.0的微酸性介质中形成稳定的蓝色配合物,建立了一种铝-铬天青S分光光度法测定季铵盐型双子(gemini)表面活性剂12-4-12.2Br-的方法。测试结果表明,12-4-12·2Br-测定的最大吸收波长为640 nm,其质量浓度在40~60 mg·L-1内符合比尔定律,将该方法直接应用于其他季铵盐型gemini表面活性剂n-4-n·2Br-(n=8,16)的测定,同样获得了满意的结果。
Based on the phenomenon of formation of a stable blue complexes in subacid medium of pH = 5.5 6.0 by the reaction of N, N, N', N' - tetramethyl - N, N' - didodecyl - 1,4 - butamethylene diamine bromide (12 -4 -12 · 2Br- ) and aluminium -chromazurine S, a new method for spectrophotometric determination of 12 -4 -12 · 2Br- was established. Test results showed that the maximum wavelength of 12 -4 -12 · 2Br- is 640 nm. Within range of mass concentration of 12 - 4 - 12 · 2Br- solution 40 - 60 mg · L- 1, the relationship between the absorption and the mass concentration follows Beer' s law. This method was directly applied to other quaternary ammonium salt type gemini surfactants synthesized such as n -4 -n · 2Br- (n = 8,16 ), with satisfactory results also obtained.
