摘要
痰或其它各种体液内结核分枝杆菌(MTB)阳性是诊断结核病(TB)的金标准.结核硬脂酸(TBSA)是鉴定分枝杆菌与其它非分枝杆菌的特征组分,可用于TB的诊断[1,2]。

Under the optimized conditions, the highest adsorption rate for mycobacteria were 65% ( MNP-1 ) and 85% ( MNP-2), while only 20% of Staphylococcus aureus and 10% of E. coli can be adsorbed under the same conditions. The adsorption capacity of MNP-1 and MNP-2 for myco- bacteria was 1.48×10^10 and 3.25×10^10 cfu/g, respectively.
