摘要
本文从人力资源集约化管理的角度出发,介绍了电力企业能力素质模型测评体系的构建过程和主要思路,以及电力企业运用信息化手段进行能力素质测评所取得的成效。
Competence model is a useful tool in the intensive human resources management. Based on this, this Paper introduces the process of how to construct the competence model evaluation system and how to use the system to do assessment in electric power enterprises, as well as the achievement that has been made in the electric power enterprises by applying information methods in competence evaluation.
