摘要
以新鲜无花果为材料,在(-1.5±0.5)℃条件下进行臭氧水(2.5 mg/L)冰膜处理。研究臭氧水冰膜处理对无花果采后活性氧代谢及保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:臭氧水冰膜处理能够显著提高和保持POD、CAT和SOD的活性;抑制O2.-产生速率;延缓H2O2和MDA含量的积累。从而降低无花果贮藏过程中的活性氧产生;延缓无花果的成熟和衰老。
Fresh Ficus carica L. treated with ozone (2.5 mg/L) ice coating film were stored under low temperature which was (-1.5±0.5) ℃. Study the effects of ozone ice coating film on active oxygen species and activities of protective enzymes of fresh Ficus carica L. The result showed that ozone ice coating film treatment obviously enhanced the activities ofperoxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and inhibited 02- production rate, while delayed the accumulation of H202 and MDA contents. Thus treatment with ozone ice coating film reduced active oxygen production and delayed the ripening and senescence ofFicus carica L. during storage.
