摘要
在分析昆明城市用地条件基础上 ,综合归纳了昆明地处主导风向型的多西南风区 ,静风频率高 ,风速垂直切变明显 ,春季多大风 ,昼间风速大 ,城市热岛与凉岛并存等风象特征 ;全面评估了风象因素对工业、居住用地布局的具体影响及通风规划、抗风设计中的主要问题。结合城市发展方向及存在的主要矛盾 ,提出了防止盆地中大气污染及季节性风灾危害的用地规划与管理意见 ;探讨了强化城市绿地系统的防灾功能 ,保留并开辟市区和近郊开敞空间的环境意义及相应的规划措施。在提高土地利用率的同时 ,创造优越的城市环境 。
Kunming city is located in the basin that southwest wind dominates in the whole year, there are many gales in the spring and calms in the night, the vertical changing of wind velocity is obvious, heat island and cool island cohabiting in the city Analyzing the conditions of land use and the specific features of wind comprehensively, the paper probes into the actual effect of the wind that produces on the composition of land use in the city and ventilation planning, wind-resisting designing in an all-round way Then combining the expanding way of the urban territory and the existing contradictions, it puts forward some corresponding count-measures and steps to prevent the air pollution and the ravages that attribute to the seasonal gales, to reinforce the protection function of greenness system and expansive space in the downtown and suburb of Kunming, so as to support the sustainable development of the city
