摘要
包钢给水厂5#泵站循环水泵在运行过程中发生泵轴断裂的事故，解体检查泵体，找出了导致泵轴断裂的原因。由于泵负荷增加后泵轴材质强度未相应增加以及设备易损件寿命周期控制不当，加上设备保护措施不全，增加了断轴的可能。经过事故的分析处理，有针对性地提出了循环水泵的事故防范措施。
The pump shaft of circulating water pumps in 5# Pump Station of Water Supply Plant of Baotou Steel was broken in operations. It is because the strength of materials for pump shaft is not incrcased with the increase of load for pumps and the contral of life cycle for quick - wear parts is not proper as well as the protection measures for equipment are not enough by strip inspections. Finally, the relative preventive measures of accidents for circulating water pumps are proposed through analyzing and treating the accidents.
