摘要
通过对PF线C形钩的平衡轨及支撑梁进行应力计算和分析,得出增加C形钩平衡轨及支撑梁强度无法解决备件损坏问题。按照损失最小的思路,设计一种便于拆除和更换的连接角铁,当发生碰撞时,连接角铁首先断裂,从而保护C形钩的支撑梁和平衡轨。
The problem that spare parts are damaged cannot be solved by increasing the strength of balance rails and support beams of C type hook of PF line through the stress calculation and analysis of them. As a result, a kind of fastening angle which is convenient to be removed and replaced is designed according to the idea of minimum losses. The connection angle first fractures when collide so as to protect the balance rails and support beams of C type hook.
