Her-2、p21与卵巢癌的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 众所周知,卵巢癌是严重威胁女性生命健康的恶性肿瘤,并有逐年年轻化的趋势,患病高峰期在40—50岁。卵巢癌的发病机制如其他恶性肿瘤一样,是多种刺激因子协同作用的结果,它是以促癌基因的激活,抑癌基因的失活作为细胞癌变的基础,而肿瘤抑制基因的缺失与癌基因的扩增分别是失活与激活的主要方式之一。Her-2(又称为CerbB-2或Her-2/neu)是1种促癌基因,目前已知Her-2基因扩增和蛋白过表达与乳腺癌的预后关系密切。国内吴永忠等利用反义核酸技术,封闭Her-2基因,应用于乳腺癌的治疗,并取得了较好的效果。
