奈达铂联合吉西他滨治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨奈达铂联合吉西他滨治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法选择本院2010年3月~2011年3月中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者50例,随机分为2组,观察组25例患者采用奈达铂联合吉西他滨治疗,对照组25例采用顺铂联合吉西他滨治疗,比较2种方法的效果及不良反应。结果 2个疗程结束后,观察组CR 1例,PR 9例,临床控制率40%,对照组CR 1例,PR 10例,临床控制率44%,2组短期疗效比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。观察组脱发、恶心呕吐与肾毒性的发生率明显低于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。2组血小板下降、白细胞下降、血红蛋白减少、肝毒性与静脉炎发生率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论奈达铂联合吉西他滨化疗方案与顺铂联合吉西他滨方案疗效接近,但前者比后者不良反应小,患者耐受性好,是临床较理想的化疗方案。 Objective To explore the influence of Rosiglitazone( ROS), a selective Peroxisome proliferator-activated re- ceptor gamma (PPAR'y) ligand, on the drug sensitivity of drug-resistant gastric cancer cell line SGC7901/VCR. Methods 50 cases of middle-late non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 25 cases of the observation group were treated by nida platinum plus gemcitabine,in control group,25 cases were treated by the cisplatin plus gemcitabine, observe the effects of the 2 methods and their side-effects. Results After 2 cycles, the observation group had CR 1 case, PR 9 cases, clin- ical control rates was 40% , and the control group had CR 1 case, PR 10 cases, clinical control rates was 44% , short-term curative effect of the 2 groups had no significant differences, P 〉 0.05. Hair loss, nausea, vomiting and kidney toxicity of the observation group was obviously less than those of the control group,there was statistical significance,P 〈 0.05. Platelet decline, white blood ceils decrease, hemoglobin reduce,liver toxicity and phlebitis incidence had no significant differences between the 2 groups, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Nida platinum plus gemcitabine chemotherapy plan and cisplatin plus gemcitabine scheme has similar cura- tive effect, but the former has smaller side-effect with good tolerance and is the ideal clinical chemotherapy.
