摘要
目的探讨口服替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法 30例老年晚期胃癌患者随机分为2组,观察组15例,予替吉奥胶囊口服,连服14天,停7天;对照组15例,采用FOLFOX4方案化疗,每2周重复一次。治疗3个周期后2组进行疗效评估。结果观察组有效率为40.0%,对照组有效率为33.3%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌疗效肯定,不良反应轻,患者耐受性好。
Objective To explore the short-term efficacy and side effects of S1 capsule in the treatment of elderly pa- tients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 30 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups, including 15 cases of observation group, 15 cases of control group. The observation group was given S1 capsule orally for 14 days and out of service for 7 days. The control group was given FOLFOX4 regimen every two weeks in a circle. Efficacy in treatment group and control group were evaluated after 3 circles. Results In observation group, the effective rate was 40.0% , and in control group, the effective rate was 33.3%, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The side effects in ob- servation group were significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion S1 capsule is an effective treatment for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer,and it has mild side effects and better toleration.
