摘要
雅克拉集气处理站年产轻烃40 000 t,投产以来轻烃外销一直采用汽车槽车进行敞口喷溅式装车。轻烃敞口装车不仅造成资源浪费、环境污染和严重危害操作人员的身体健康,还存在火灾或爆炸等安全隐患。为降低轻烃装车损耗率,改善工作环境,保障装车人员的身体健康,保证装车易爆场所安全,减少事故隐患。2011年对雅克拉集气处理站轻烃装车实施桁架密闭装车改造,雅克拉集气处理站轻烃密闭装车实施后年减少轻烃装车损耗量1 200 t,年增加经济效益约511.2万元。
The light hydrocarbon of 4×104t can be produced in Yakela gas gathering station every year.Since starting production,the tank car with opening splash loading has been used to transport the light hydrocarbon for export.A large number of flammability light hydrocarbon steam will gather around and over the tank car during opening loading,which can not be recycled.The environment will be polluted,the health of operators can be severely damaged and there is a security risk of fire or exploding during opening loading.In order to reduce the loss rate of light hydrocarbon loading,improve the work environment,protect the health of operators,ensure the safety of explosive place and reduce the security-risk of accidents,the closed loading method during light hydrocarbon loading has been used in Yakela gas station in 2011.The light hydrocarbon of 1200 t has been reduced after using the closed loading method in Yakela gas gathering station.The economic benefits of 511.2×104 Yuan have been increased every year.
