摘要
目的:探讨口外弓联合牵引在Ⅱ类错合伴轻-中度牙列拥挤病人治疗中的作用。方法:对21例伴轻-中度牙列拥挤安氏Ⅱ类错合青少年患者进行口外弓头帽联合牵引,对治疗前后模型进行测量分析。结果:上颌牙列拥挤度、前牙覆盖以及磨牙关系均得到很大改善,治疗前后变化有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口外弓可以有效解除牙列拥挤,调整Ⅱ类磨牙关系,简化后期治疗。
Objective： To analyze the effects of the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion with mild-moderate crowding by extraoral farce. Methods. 21 cases of class Ⅱ malocclusion with mild-moderate crowding of growing children were selected. Head gear extraoral farce was used to move upper first molars distally. Models were analyzed before and after treatment. Results： Maxillary dentition crowding, overjet and the molar relationship have been greatly improved, there are significant changes before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Extraoral farce is an auxiliary device that can effectively reduce crowding and move the moaers. It is one of an effective treatment for Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion with mild-moderate crowding.
