摘要
现有的高校国防教育课程体系存在着课程内容安排和学时分布不达标、难以满足学生需要和军训实践操作贯彻不力等问题。为推动高校国防教育课程体系实验性改革,文章在已有研究的基础上,以科学性和严谨性为指导,采用层次分析法,从构建主体切入,结合回归方程进行分析,提出构建政府、学校和个人三层次综合运作下的高校国防教育课程体系。
The existing curriculum content and class hour are below the standard, which is diffi- cult to meet the needs of students and the practical military training shows ineffectiveness in the current curriculum system of National Defense Education (NDE) in colleges and universities. In order to enhance the research on NDE experimental reform in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the situation and problems scientifically and precisely by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and regression equation from main part construction. The NDE curriculum system in uni- versities is supposed to he the result of synthetic effect under the government, universities and in- dividuals.
