摘要
木工机械与刀具实验是培养木材科学与工程专业学生实践技能和综合能力的重要手段,改革其实验教学过程对提高教学效果具有重要意义。文章对河北农业大学木工机械与刀具实验课教学模式和方法进行改革探索,提出若干改革措施,包括维护原有实验条件、增加新的试验设备、根据实验条件和学生的基本知识结构合理设置实验内容;采取以学生为主体探究、互动式的教学模式,以废弃设备为对象,开设拆装试验;突出实验内容的综合性和连贯性;建立有效的考核机制,旨在提高实验教学效果、培养动手能力强且具有创新精神的高素质人才。
Abstract.- Experiments of Wood Processing Machine ~ Cutting Tools (WPMCT) are important methods to cultivate the practical skills and integrated capabilities of students of Wood Science Engineering. The experimental teaching reform is of significance to the improvement of teaching effect. Reform and exploration on teaching mode and methods of WPMCT of Agricultural Uni- versity of Hebei was conducted and simultaneously some reform countermeasures were proposed in the following aspects of maintaining existing experimental conditions, adding new experimental instruments, offering rational experimental contents according to the experimental conditions and basic knowledge structure of the students, applying interactive teaching mode with the students as main agents to explore knowledge, making disassembling and assembling experiments with waste devices as objects, putting emphasis on comprehensiveness and continuity of experiment contents, and constructing an effective evaluation mechanism. These measures are supposed to improve the experiment teaching effect and cultivate high-quality students with practical and inno- vative ability.
