Experimental Research on Mineral Processing of an Iron Ore from Namibia

摘要 针对纳米比亚某铁矿嵌布粒度极细的特点,采用磨矿—弱磁选流程和磨矿—预选抛尾—再磨—弱磁选流程对该矿进行了选矿试验研究。在原矿TFe品位23.63%条件下,前者获得品位66.56%、回收率47.56%的铁精矿;后者可获得品位66.38%、回收率51.44%的铁精矿。两流程相比,铁精矿指标相近,但后者可减少占原矿41.85%的二段磨矿量,故将其作为推荐流程。 In allusion to micro-fine disseminated iron ore from Namibia, benefieiation tests of grind- ing-low intensity magnetic separation and grinding-pre-discarding tailings-regrinding-low intensity magnet- ic separation were carried out. For this run-of-mine ore with a TFe grade of 23.63 % , TFe grade and re- covery of 66.56% and 47.56% was obtained in the former test flow, and TFe grade and recovery of 66.38% and 51.44% was obtained in the latter test flow. Contrasting the two beneficiation flow sheets, index of concentrates is similar, but the latter can reduce 41.85% of the regrinding of the crude ore, so it is taken as recommended beneficiation flow sheet.
