摘要
目的:探讨初级创伤救治培训在临床麻醉教学中的应用效果,为提高在校学生的应急救治能力奠定基础。方法:选取2009级麻醉本科生40名,随机分为观察组为接受PTC培训组,对照组为传统创伤教学,评估两者教学效果,采用SPSS 17.0进行结果分析。结果:观察组在理论考试、操作考试、提高临床思维能力及提高协作能力等方面明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初级创伤救治培训提高了学生的实际操作能力和临床思维能力,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of primary, trauma care training in clinical anesthesiology,and lay the foundation for improving the emergency measures ability of students. Methods: 40 students were divided into to two groups randomly. The control group received the teaching model of trauma care traditional trauma, and the observe group received the teaching model of primary trauma care. Through the teaching practice to accesmends of each kind of ability and analysis of the application value. Results: The score of theory and operation and the improving clinical thinking ability, improving cooperation ability in the observe group were higher than those in control group, and there was significant difference in two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: PTC training can improve the actual operation ability and clinical thinking capacity of students. So it is a good method and worth extending.
