摘要
本文从高校办公室的工作职能和特点出发,在思想素质、业务水平、心理素质和综合协调能力几个方面论述了高校办公室人员需具备的素质。并分别从单位和个人两个层面指出了提高素质的途径,希望能更好地促进高校办公室的合理化、科学化、高效化建设,从而更好地促进学校整体发展。
This paper starts with the working functions and characteristics of college offices, and then discusses the qualities university office workers must have on the levels of ideological quality, professional skills, psychological quality and comprehensive coordination ability. The paper points out ways of improving quality from two aspects: work units and individuals, hoping to better promote the rationalized, scientific and high-efficient construction of university offices, in order to better promote the development of university as a whole.
