摘要
随着高速公路营运管理要求的不断提高以及信息技术的不断进步,针对高速公路营运管理现状,提出了一种高速公路智慧型营运管理平台。从营运分析智慧化、稽查分析智能化、信息推送实时化和信息服务多元化四方面入手,采用数据挖掘和实时分析等技术手段分析出收费金额预测和作弊车辆信息等数据,以期解决目前营运管理在政策制定和稽查分析方面缺少数据支持的问题,并提供实时化的信息推送服务和多元化的信息服务发布方式。
In view of the growing requirements for the expressway operational management,with the continues advance of the information technology the expressway operations management platform is presented.The design focuses on the application of the intelligent technique to operational analysis,audit analysis,real-time information push and diversification of information services,and by means of data mining the system provides data,such as prediction of the amount of fees and cheating vehicle information which support operational management policy making and audit analysis.The system also provides real-time information push service and versified information services.
