摘要
集分布式电源、负荷、储能装置及控制装置一体的微网稳定性较弱,电流和电压的畸变影响电网电能质量。针对这一特性引入基于瞬时无功理论的同步锁相技术,通过有源电能质量调节器将微网和低压配网的公共连接点一起并入有源电能质量调节器,对谐波电流进行补偿,进而改善微网的稳定性。通过仿真模型的验证,调节器的同步锁相功能可有效进行谐波电流的补偿,并能有效地控制微网中不稳定因素,提高微网电能质量,实现微网的高效运营。
The stability of micro-network collection of distributed power supply, load, energy storage device and con- trol device is weak, the current and voltage distortion affect power quality. In view of this characteristics, this papar intro- duced synchronous phase-locked technology based on instantaneous reactive power theory, it conncect the micro-network and low voltage distribution network public connection point into active power quality regulator by active power quality reg- ulator, to compensate for harmonic current, thus improving stability of the micro-network. The synchronous phase-locked fuction of regulator can further compensate for harmonic current, and effectively control the factors of instability in the mi- cro-network, improve the micro-network power quality, realize the highly effective operation of micro-network.
