摘要
县域经济作为一个相对独立的区域经济 ,在制定发展战略、寻求经济增长的途径时 ,必须处理好可持续发展与资源、环境的关系问题。文章从资源环境对县域经济可持续发展的制约和要求入手 ,对河南县域这个特殊的经济发展单元进行了研究 ,提出了相应建议。
As a relative independent economic region, the county area has an integrated way to seek economic development, the relations between sustainable development and resources & environment should be tackled cautiously while making the development strategy. In this paper, the author studied the county area in Henan province, analyzed the demand and restriction of resources & environment to the sustainable development in this type of region. Finally, some proposals such as water & resources conservation, efficient utilization of the resources and the prevention of pollution are also put forward.
