摘要
对用户查阅现状的调查既是词典学研究的重要内容,对二语教学也极具理论和现实意义。文章以中国EFL学习者为调查对象,通过问卷调查,系统分析中国EFL学习者对汉英词典的查阅现状及其给二语教学和词典编纂带来的启示。结果表明,中国EFL学习者对汉英词典的查阅主要是基于自主性学习需求,其查阅内容集中于目的语词的生成性词汇知识。
Investigating dictionary use is important in lexicographical study and it is of both theoretical and practical significance to L2 teaching.Taking Chinese EFL learners as the object of study and using questionnaires as the investigation tool,this paper analyzes the status quo of Chinese EFL learners in using Chinese-English dictionaries and its implication for L2 teaching and dictionary compilation.The investigation shows that Chinese EFL learners use ChineseEnglish dictionaries mainly for autonomous learning and the acquisition of productive vocabulary knowledge in the target language.
