摘要
目的:观察理中汤加味治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻的临床疗效。方法:对58例辨证为脾胃虚弱型的妊娠恶阻患者采用中药理中汤加味治疗。结果:经1～2个疗程治疗,痊愈42例,显效10例,有效6例,总有效率为100%。结论:理中汤加味治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠恶阻疗效肯定。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of modified Lizhong decoction on treating pernicious vomiting of the spleen and stomach weakness type.Methods：58 cases of pernicious vomiting of the spleen and stomach weakness type were treated with modified Lizhong decoction.Results：After 1～2 treatment courses,42 were cured,10 were significantly effective,6 were effective,with the total effective rate 100%.Conclusion：Modified Lizhong decoction had notable effect on treating pernicious vomiting of the spleen and stomach weakness type.
