摘要
目的:探讨退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者手术疗效不佳的后期治疗。方法:射频电疗配合中药热腌包治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄术后疗效不佳的27例患者。结果:经治疗大多数患者症状较前明显缓解。结论:射频电疗配合中药热腌包治疗对退行性腰椎管狭窄术后疗效不佳者有较好症状缓解作用。
Objective：To investigate the anaphase efficacy of operation on retrogressive lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods：To treat 27 cases of retrogressive lumbar spinal stenosis with radiofrequency electrotherapy combined with TCM fomentation sacks.Results：Most of the patients improved a lot compared with the pretreatment.Conclusion：Rradiofrequency electrotherapy combined with TCM fomentation sacks had significant effect on retrogressive lumbar spinal stenosis.
