东道国对跨国子公司知识流动影响因素分析——基于在华482个企业的实证分析

摘要 本文基于吸收能力理论,提出了东道国对跨国子公司知识流动五大影响因素:对方知识不可复制性、双方知识相关性、对方知识的隐蔽性、自身研发能力以及企业业绩。以在华的482个跨国子公司为样本,考察东道国对跨国子公司知识流动的影响。实证结果发现:(1)知识的不可复制性和知识的隐蔽性对东道国与跨国子公司之间的知识流动有正向的显著影响;(2)知识的相关性、企业的研发能力以及企业业绩对两者知识流动关系无法确定。
