摘要
以对氟苯甲醛为原料,依次经过安息香缩合、亲核取代和脱甲氧基化反应制得二酚类单体——4,4'-二[(4-羟基)苯氧基]-二苯偶酰(3);3与4,4'-联苯二酚和3,3'-二磺酸钠基-4,4'-二氟二苯甲酮进行亲核缩聚反应,合成了一系列链状磺化聚醚偶酰酮聚合物(6a~6d)并制得质子膜(F-6a~F-6d);以3,3'-二氨基联苯胺为交联剂,6a~6d经缩环反应合成了新型交联结构的磺化聚醚偶酰酮(8a~8d)并制得具有不同离子交换容量的质子膜(F-8a~F-8d),6a~6d与8a~8d的结构经1H NMR和IR表征。物理性能研究结果表明,F-8a~F-8d具有较高的热稳定性和质子传导率。
Diphenol monomer compounds, 1,2 -bis ( 4 - (4 -hydroxyphenoxy) phenyl ) ethane -1,2 -diane (3), was prepared by benzoin condensation, nueleophilie substitution and methoxy removed reac- tion. A series of poly( ether benzil ketone)s(6a ~ 6d) were synthesized by nucleophilie polyconden- sation reaction of 4,4'-binhenol with 3 and 3,3 '-carbonylbis (2-fluorobenzenesulfonate). Proton ex- change membranes( F-6a ~ F-6d) were prepared from 6a ~ 6d. A series of erosslinked poly (ether benzil ketone)s(Sa ~ 8d) were synthesized by cycloeondensation reaction of 6a ~ 6d using 3,3'-dia- minobenzidine as the crosslinking agent. Proton exchange membranes (F-Sa ~ F-Sd) with different ion exchange capacities were prepared from 8a ~ 8d. The structures of 6a ~ 6d and 8a ~ 8d were characterized by I H NMR and MS. The results showed that F-Sa ~ Fdld exhibited good thermal sta- bility and electrical conductivity.
