摘要
【目的】探索铁皮石斛在海南省的最佳生产模式,为铁皮石斛在海南省规模化生产提供理论依据和实践指导。【方法】通过对比不同栽培基质以及不同栽培环境,探索铁皮石斛在海南省的最佳生产模式。【结果】树皮+火山石(V树皮∶V火山石=1∶1)栽培的小苗成活率最高,为97%,且植株高大粗壮,抗病性强。在五指山(海拔650m)地区栽培的铁皮石斛比水帘温室大棚(海拔50m)栽培的铁皮石斛苗长势好,产量高。【结论】在海南省具有一定海拔高度的山区采用V树皮∶V火山石=1∶1的栽培基质种植铁皮石斛是一种较佳的生产模式。
[Objective]The best production mode of Dendrobimn officinale was studied to provide theoretical refer- ences and practical guide for large-scale production in Hainan Province. [ Method]The optimal production pattern of Den drobium officinale in Hainan Province was selected by comparing cultivation matrix and culture environment. [Result]The results showed that the tree bark + vesuvianite (Vtree hark:Vlapill=1:1) cultivation matrix had the highest smwival rate (97%) of seedling with tall and stout plant as well as strong resistance to disease. Dendrobium officinale planted in Wuzhi Mountain area (altitude of 650 m)had higher yield and grew better than that in water screen greenhouse canopy (altitude of 50 m). [Conclusion]Using Vtree hark:Vlapill=1:1 cultivation matrix to plant Dendrobinm officinal is a favorable production mode in Hainan mountainous regions.
