摘要
在城乡统筹发展指导思想下,我国小城镇发展迅速,特别是小城镇工业化进程日新月异,小城镇工业园开发热潮不断掀起,重复建设、布局混乱、产业结构层次低、"圈地"闲置等问题日益突出。从规划设计的角度,对小城镇工业园开发建设特性进行探讨,力求解决当前小城镇工业园规划建设中存在的问题,总结出一套健康有序的发展策略。
In the guiding ideology of urban and rural harmonious development,China＇s rapid development of small towns,especially the small town of industrialized process change rapidly,small town industrial park development booms ceaselessly,and the problems of repeated construction,layout disorder,low level of the industrial structure,＂enclosure＂ idleness problem are becoming more and more serious.This article stowts from the design angle,and exploves small town industrial park development and construction characteristics,and tries to solve current small town industrial park planning and construction in the existing problems,summs up a set of healthy and orderly development strategy.
