The necessary and the importance of building a high-quality employee group based on human-centered management are discussed for improving competitive power of enterprises and realizing sustainable development.Combing with the actual situation of Hubei Bailianhe Hydropower Co.,Ltd.,some measures for strengthening the quality of employee group are introduced.
