摘要
目的 :评价不同炮制品亳白芍的质量 ;方法 :采用薄层色谱双波长扫描法定量分析比较亳白芍主要成分—芍药苷 ;并对不同炮制品亳白芍所含的氨基酸进行定量比较。结果 :土炒与酒炒使芍药苷的损失最多。结论 :生白芍、麸炒、焦白芍、醋炒、酒炒、土炒中芍药苷的含量逐渐减少 。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the qualities of different processed products of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.METHODS:Dual wavelength TLC Scanning was used for determination content of paeoniflorin in different products of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.RESULTS:The loss of paeoniflorin was most in processed products by asjuvant of soil and wine.CONCLUSION:The content of paeoniflorin was maximum in original material of Paeonia lactiflora and Paeoniflorin was reduced through different procesed mehtods.
