摘要
目的 :为合子草资源的开发利用提供实验依据。方法 :采用多糖定量的常规测定方法 ,苯酚 -硫酸法。结果 :不同产地合子草中均含有多糖 ,以南通产含量最高为 2 .11% ,其次江都产为 2 .0 0 %。结论
OBJECTIVE:To find useful information in assay the source of Actionostemma tenerum Griff.METHODS:The convention assay method of polysaccharides was used by phonol-sulphuric acid. RESULTS: It showed that they were not alike in the whole Actionostemma tenerum Griff. producing different areas.The contents of polysaccharides of the sample producing Nantong was the highest in the whole samples.It was 2.11%.CONCLUSION:Exploring the source of Actionostemma tenerum was valuable.
