摘要
信息作战行动方案优选属于多属性决策问题。分析评价信息作战行动方案的多种指标,建立方案优选准则体系,通过变异系数法客观地确定各评价指标的权重系数,运用结合变异系数的TOPSIS法构建信息作战行动方案的优选模型,并通过实例证明该方法的有效性。
The optimization of information operation plan belongs to the multi-attribute decision-making problem.The article establishes optimization criterion system by analyzing and evaluating the indicators of information operation plan,and obtains weight the indicators by variation coefficient.Finally,the article constructs the optimization of information operation plan model by the TOPSIS method which is combined with the CV,and proves this method is efficient through an example.
