摘要
空气储罐普遍应用于工业生产中,由于空气储罐在交变载荷作用下工作,存在疲劳失效,需要进行疲劳分析。本文是对某高压空气储罐壳体创建二维轴对称的几何模型,先进行压力应力分析,获得应力强度分布图,然后进行ANSYS疲劳分析,求得疲劳累计使用系数0.253 50<1。
The air storage tank is generally applied in industrial production. When the pressure vessel is working under the alternating load, there exists the fatigue failure, so the fatigue analysis is necessary. In this paper, in order to get the stress intensity distribution, a two-dimensional axisymmetric geometric model of the high pressure air storage tankshell was established, and the pressure stress analysis was carried out, and the distribution or stress intensity was gained. Then according to the ANSYS fatigue analysis, the fatigue accumulative used coefficient was obtained as follows: 0.253 50〈1.
