摘要
外国对华反倾销已经成为我国商品出口的头号“拦路虎”。随着我国加入 WTO的临近，外国对华反倾销可能掀起新高潮。本文对倾销在经济学和法律学上的意义进行了界定，对我国屡遭反倾销的深层原因进行分析，在此基础上提出我国应对反倾销的对策与措施。
The anti－ dumping against China has become a No.One stumbling block for China' s exporting commodities. While China' s entry into WTO draws near, probably a new surge of anti－ dumping is likely to appear. The paper defines dumping economics and its concept in law and explores the deep reason of China's being repeatedly suffered from anti－ dumping activities. Consequently it proposes the way to deal with the situation and also some concrete measures.
