探讨植酸酶的关键因素
摘要
植酸酶的真实价值是,体外消化实验测定的特性和肠道环境测定的特性之间,表现出一致性。磷酸盐的高昂价格强烈地促使营养学家尽可能降低饲料中的磷酸盐含量。如今人们正在仔细研究削减日粮磷的安全用量。这种情况和植酸酶研究的进展相吻合。最近发表的植酸酶研究综述总结了大量的研究资料,这些资料大多为新研究课题,来源极为广泛。
