摘要
推进法制化管理是国有企业在我国社会主义法治化建设进程中进行企业改革,实现现代企业制度,以建立高效的、具有国际竞争力的国有企业管理机制这一终极目标的根本途径。目前我国国有企业的法制化管理存在着法制文化氛围薄弱、治理结构权责不清、法制创新能力不足的现状,要达成国有企业改革的目标,在法制化管理建设方面必须从营造企业法制文化氛围、构建法制管理制度、培养法制创新能力几方面完善企业法制化管理的内部环境。
Promoting legalization of management is the fundamental way to reform state-owned enterprise and estab- lish modern enterprise system in order to achieve the ultimate goal of establishing efficient management mechanism of state- owned enterprises with international competitiveness. At present, some problems exist in legalization of management of state- owned enterprises as there lack a cultural atmosphere of legalization, clear governance structure and sufficient in novation ability in our country. In order to achieve the goal of reforming the state-owned enterpri- ses, we must improve the internal environment of enterprises' legal management by creating an internal cultural at- mosphere of legalization, constructing a legalized management system and legal innovation ability.
