摘要
《海洋药物学》是一门以海洋天然产物为主并涉及到多门药学学科的专业课程,内容侧重讲述复杂海洋天然产物的结构、立体化学和生物活性等,如何将复杂、枯燥的内容生动形象化,是本门课程教学中必须实现的目标。科学技术的发展使新化学软件不断出现和信息资源迅速扩增,为了更好的提高《海洋药物学》的教学效果,作者近年收集并应用了一些化学软件和网络资源,能够将复杂、枯燥的课程内容形象生动化,收到了良好的效果。
Marine Drugs is a professional course majored in teaching the structures, biological activities, and drug research and development of marine natural products, which involved in multidisciplinary pharmaceutical courses. Elaborate design and preparation of PPTs are necessary to visualize the complex and dull structures or principles. In addition, some chemical software and internet resource are very helpful for improving the teaching outcome of Marine Drugs. Herein we describe some of them which had been proved to be useful during our teaching experience.
