摘要
不少学生对老师存在"偶像崇拜"心理,不敢挑战老师的言论及教科书内容,为此,可能导致客观上"不平等对话"影响,甚至"压制"学生的创新思维,脱离了教育本身的目的和原则。在教学过程中,有意识与学生展开"平等对话"有助于消除学生"偶像崇拜"心理,回归正常、理性和批评性思维,做到启发和激励创新。
Majority of the students worship their teachers to some extent and dare not challenge the text book and the teacher's speech or lecture. This phenomenon might lead to un-faired communications between these students and their teachers, and suppress their creativity as a consequence, which disobeys the aim and main principle of education. In the course of education, deliberately creating of a fair atmosphere of communication is quite helpful to eliminate the "worship phenomenon" in the students and inspires their innovation and creativity ability.
