摘要
文章介绍了浙江省电力公司统一应用系统监控平台的研究和实践。作为一个整体而统一的端到端应用系统监控平台,平台对应用系统各个层次(OS,应用,网络,数据库,主机和存储)的各类历史数据、应用关联信息、业务运行信息,进行全面的监控和分析。通过应用层面的监控,构建起一套检测问题、鉴别问题、定位问题、解决问题的完整的方法体系。最后,通过实际应用案例,描述了几大典型的应用场景。统一应用系统监控平台提供的各种标准化的运维手段和报表数据,为运维、生产、决策、管理部门提供了全方位的支撑。
This paper introduces the research and practice of an unified application system monitoring platform for Zhejiang electric power company. As an overall and unified end-to-end application system monitoring platform, the platform fully monitors and analyzes various history data from different levels such as OS, application, network, host and storage, applications-related information and service operation information. And then this paper constructs a set of complete methodology to detect, identify, locate and solve problems through the monitoring of application level. Finally, several typical scenarios are described by practical application examples. Application results show that various standardized operation and maintenance means and report data provided by the unified application system monitoring platform provides a full range of support for several departments such as the operation and maintenance department, the production department, the decision department and the management department.
