摘要
近年来,从中央到地方先后出台了一系列的强农惠农政策,结合灵武市落实强农惠农政策的情况及主要做法、存在问题,提出了加强惠农政策的一些建议。
In recent years, the central government as well as local governments of various levels have issued a series of preferential agricultural policies. In eombination with the situation, main practices and existing problems in implementation of the preferential agricultural policy in Lingwu municipality, some suggestions for strengthening the preferential agricuhural policy are put forward.
