摘要
针对某高压容器材质Q345R、厚度90mm的筒体在冷卷过程中断裂失效的问题,通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相组织和断口分析探讨了断裂失效的原因。结果表明,该板材存在表面缺陷和缺陷部位有氢损伤是其在冷卷筒体过程中断裂的原因。
By means of fracture failure in the process of cold-crimp shell by Thk. 90mm Q345R plate to macroscopic examination, chemical analysis, mechanical testing, metallurgical analysis and fracture analysis. The results showed that the plate surface defects and defects in parts hydrogen damage in shell of cold-crimp process fracture of the reasons.
