摘要
介绍了顺丁橡胶装置溶剂油纤维液膜脱酸技术及其在工业中的应用情况。该技术以纤维液膜反应器作为核心设备,采用两级碱洗工艺,具有脱酸效率高、两相清洁分离、设备投资少等优点。实际使用效果表明,应用该技术可以较好地解决镍系顺丁橡胶溶剂油回收系统中因氢氟酸、氟硼酸等酸性物质导致的设备严重腐蚀问题,具有很好的推广应用价值。
The solvent oil fiber liquid-film acid removal technology and its industrial application in cis BUTADIENE unit are introduced. In solvent oil recycling unit of nickel catalyzed cis BU- TADIENE rubber plant, there are serious device corrosions due to some acids existing in solvent oil, such as HF, HBF4. The solvent oil fiber-liquid-film acid removal technology employs the fi- ber-liquid-film reactor as the mass transfer device and utilizes two stages caustic extraction process to remove acid compounds from the solvent oil stream, so the technology offers numerous advantages： high mass transfer efficiency, elimination of carryover and lower capital investment, and has extensive application value.
