相邻大型套管式热交换器蒸汽进口间热补偿装置设计

摘要 针对大型套管式热交换器运行初期蒸汽进口处多次发生爆裂的情况,根据温差应力理论和现场实际对其进行改造,在热交换器两相邻蒸汽进口间安装综合补偿能力较强的S型热补偿装置。改造后几年的运行中大型套管式热交换器再未发生类似事故,满足生产的安全和实用要求。 For many occasions on large tube heat exchanger at its early running, the steam inlet burst its transformation under temperature stress theory and actual, comprehensive compensation capacity installed between the two adjacent steam inlets of the heat exchanger than that stronger S type thermal compensation device. After upgrading and running for several years, no such accident occurred and meets production safety and utility requirements.
