考虑作业能力和能耗的港口装卸机械配置研究 被引量:3

摘要 以绿色物流为理念,以降低能源消耗为目标,对港口装卸机械配置进行研究。采用有别于只考虑成本与时间因素的思维,运用数学规划的方法研究建立考虑作业能力和能耗的港口装卸机械配置模型,并以某港口装卸机械的数据为例进行计算,与不考虑能耗的模型及该港口原配置方案进行了比较研究,得出结论:建立考虑作业能力和能耗的港口装卸机械数量配置模型,可以在提高装卸系统生产效率的同时,降低装卸系统机械的总能耗。 With the green logistics as the principle,and reduction of energy consumption as the target,the allocation of port handling machinery is studied in the paper.Instead of only considering cost and time factors,the model of port handling machinery allocation with consideration of work capacity and energy consumption is built with the method of mathematical programming,providing further calculation based on the data of a kind of port handling machinery as an example.Comparison with the model without regard to energy consumption and the original allocation plan shows that the model for handling machinery allocation considering working capacity and energy consumption can not only improve the production efficiency of handling system,but also reduce the total energy consumption of the system.
