摘要
卷筒专用轴承可承受较大的径向载荷,也可承受一定的轴向载荷,内部结构与深沟球轴承、调心轴承相同。内圈和外圈宽度一样,但相对位置有所错开,有利于卷筒与支承座安装时保留旋转间隙。由于内外圈相对位置距离较小,轴承尺寸较大,滚珠数量多,极大地提高了轴承的承载能力。在卷筒专用轴承的内圈和外圈上都留有螺栓沉孔,可分别与卷筒或支承座用螺栓连接。在轴承滚球两侧采用钢骨架或橡胶密封圈进行密封,可有效地防止灰尘进入,在安装使用时不需要清洗和添加润滑脂,适于在各种环境中使用。
The specialized bearing for drum can bear large radial load and certain axial load,and its inner structure is the same with that of deep groove ball bearing and self-aligning bearing.The inner ring and outer ring are of the same width,but with staggered relevant positions,which facilitates to reserve rotary space during installation of roller and bearing seat.Due to short distance between relative positions of inner and outer rings,large dimensions of the bearing,and large number of balls,the bearing capacity is significantly improved.The bolt counter sinks are reserved on the inner and outer rings of the roller bearing,which can respectively connect with bolts of the roller and bearing seat.The steel skeleton or rubber seal ring is used to seal on both sides of the bearing balls,which can effectively prevent any dust coming in.It's unnecessary to clean and add any lubricant grease during installation and operation,so such bearing is applicable to various working conditions.
