摘要
以河北省秦皇岛市的两所高校的研究生群体为调查对象,就研究生学术行为规范的现状对一、二、三年级研究生及导师、一般科研人员和管理人员进行分层次的问卷调查。通过汇总和分析相关数据,了解到当前硕士研究生对学术规范是有一定程度的认识。同时,研究生在学术研究过程中,受导师和其他科研人员的影响,已经意识到学术行为规范的重要性。但由于了解途径单一,对学术行为规范的认识还较为片面。因此,应提高研究生个人素质、充分发挥导师职能、加强高校对研究生学术行为规范的宣传教育、建立科学的研究生学术评价系统、提高研究生对学术行为规范的认识。
Aiming at the graduate students of two universities in Qinhuangdao, a questionnaire survey was conducted respectively to the students and teachers, scientific research staff and administration staff on the present situation of graduate students＇ academic norms of behavior. Based on the selected data and analysis, it was found that they were quite familiar with those norms and they had realized the importance of the norms during their study, particularly, they had learned a lot about it from their teachers and university staff. Because of the single way to understand the norms, some defects still exist at present time. Therefore, it is necessary to improve their personal qualities, perform teacher＇s guiding role, strengthen propaganda and education, and accomplish the academic assessment system in order to make them know the norms better.
